Sentosa Buskers Festival

We went to the Sentosa Buskers Festival on Sentosa Island here in Singapore. We rode the MRT to Harbourfront and then rode the Sentosa Monorail over to Sentosa Island. This is where Universal Studios theme park is located as well as the Aquarium and a mall and lots more outdoor activities. There is also a beautiful beach here as well as hotels and resorts. The Buskers Festival is actually a group of street performers from all over the world who come here and perform... It was amazing. From mimes to musical performers, to jugglers and water and fire shows and the only cost was the ride to Sentosa on the monorail of $S4.00. You are encouraged to give something when the show is over and they pass around a hat... This is the only way the performers are paid for their shows. The weather was perfect, a little overcast with a wind blowing. We had a great time and enjoyed walking all over Sentosa Island. We walked back to Vivocity when we were done and after a little shopping we returned home. It was a nice relaxing Saturday!
